Chanteuse’s take on the 1930’s is jazzy, bluesy and a little naughty

Inspired by the 1930’s Hollywood glamour, Paris’ Jazz Age and unadulterated passion, chanteuse Le Kat will release her debut album, Boudoir Rouge, on the Le Kat Meow record label. The glitzy platinum blond bombshell wrote nine songs for the diverse collection of vintage jazz vocals, lonesome blues grooves, theatrical cabaret tunes, playful pop and moody torch songs, and produced thirteen tracks with William Tabanou.

What a beautiful night my cd release celebration turned out to be!
The enchanting Cicada comfortably fit over 200 people that showed up for my performance.
"The sneaky cheeky background singers danced and teased, the band ripped and roared in their vintage attire and bursting into song, from the sparkle of her stiletto to the tip of her regal feathered crown, Le Kat's dream came to fruition!" an adoring fan
It was an awesome experience and we were widely received with cheers and accolades With out all of my dedicated fans and the support of those dear to me, my night would have not been the same.

I would like to give a special thanks to my musicians and background vocalists, Mark Cally (musical director/guitar) , Doug Webb (sax/clarinet), Larry Williams (trumpet) , Adam Cohen (upright bass) , Jon Steward (drums), David Langlois (percussionist/washboard), Theresa Bruneau (singer/dancer) Danielle White (singer/dancer/master headdress designer)
Thank you, one and all, for sharing the experience with me.
Can't wait to do it all over again and to see you there!
